1. Making a reservation and booking the apartment is tantamount to the acceptance of the regulations and shall constitute a signed rental agreement between Mojito Apartments and the Client.

2. The amount generated by www.apartment.com.pl is final shall constitute the total cost of the signed agreement. The said amount includes only the rental cost, it does not include any other kind of expenditure, like catering, or transportation.

3. Booking of the apartment may be complited either by telephone or email. An advance payment of 30% of the total rental amount made by credit card or bank transfer shall be a confirmation of the apartment reservation.

4. A deposit must be made within 24 hours of booking the apartment. The reservation is secured while the deposit is successfully accepted by Mojito Apartments. It is possible to send a confirmation of the transaction via email.

5. If the deposit is made by credit card, the operation must be completed within 2 hours from the moment of booking.

6. In case of cancellation the deposit is non-refundable.

7. It is possible to alter the date of the reservation if Mojito Apartments is able to offer an apartment on the new dates set by the Client. To make any changes contact Mojito Apartments representative via telephone or email.

8. Payment of the remaining balance shall be made by cash or by credit card on the day of arrival.

9. A hotel night starts at 2pm on the first day of the Client’s stay and ends at 11am on the last day of the Client’s stay. To change the arrival time, please contact Mojito Apartments representative via telephone or email. . To change the arrival time, please contact a Mojita Apartments representative at least 30 minutes before arrival.

10. The Client obtains the apartment key on the day of the arrival and is obliged to return it to Mojito Apartments on the last day of the stay. A lost key results in a 400zł fine. A lost garage door opener results in a 200zł fine.

11. The Client is obliged to leave the apartment in the same condition. In case of any damage made during the stay, the Client is required to cover the total cost of any repairs or renovations in cash, or by credit card.

12. The Client is obliged to lock the apartment every time upon leaving.

13. Smoking in the apartments is forbidden. A breach of the smoking restrictions results in a 500zł fine.

14. In case of a force majeure Mojito Apartments reserves the right to place the Client in a different apartment of a similar standard.

15. Mojito Apartments is not responsible for any disruptions in media services.

16. Mojito Apartments agrees to eliminate any defects reported by the Client.

17. Any alternations hereof are possible after contacting Mojito Apartments and obtaining acceptance of the suggested changes from a Mojito Apartments representative via telephone or email.

18. Making a reservation on www.apartment.com.pl results in a transfer of the Client’s personal data to the database responsible for the reservation process. Data processing shall be made solely for the purpose of carrying out a successful reservation and for marketing purposes in accordance with the regulation for the protection of personal data passed on the following day: 29.08.97r. DzU nr 133 poz. 883. The Client has a right to update the personal information stored in the database.
